Loss Control Training Specialist (Insurance)

Location: Home United States; fully remote

Salary: $45,000–$50,000 per year

What you will do

• Deliver orientation and education to new field personnel and internal staff through courses, educational videos, and one-on-one sessions.
• Monitor training operations, identify best practices, and recommend improvements to processes and service offerings.
• Track progress against established goals, adjust objectives, and communicate changes as needed.
• Coach and mentor field personnel and internal staff.
• Develop and maintain training materials and provide feedback to the Training Manager.
• Coordinate timely onboarding and training while maintaining communication with other departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in personal and commercial lines insurance.
• Three years of experience in the insurance inspection industry or a related field is preferred; significant relevant experience may substitute for the education or industry requirement.
• Strong results orientation, planning, organizational, and goal-setting skills.
• Leadership and training-development abilities, including coaching, motivation, influence, and effective feedback.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
