AI-Powered Marketing Coordinator (AI Workflows, Content, Outreach & Growth Operations) – Remote

Location: Remote from Colombia, Mexico, Brazil, Costa Rica, or Argentina; working hours aligned with U.S. business hours.

hirify.global is hiring for a client seeking an AI-focused marketing coordinator to support marketing, content, outreach, growth operations, and creative execution.

What you will do

• Build and improve AI-powered workflows, prompt systems, agents, content automations, research workflows, outreach systems, and internal operational automations.
• Manage social media channels, content calendars, LinkedIn publishing, content repurposing, and brand voice consistency.
• Coordinate podcast recording, editing, publishing, show notes, summaries, clips, captions, and promotional assets.
• Build and optimize cold email, LinkedIn outreach, lead databases, ICP targeting, domains, sequences, and campaign messaging using tools such as Clay, Instantly, and Smartlead.
• Create websites and landing pages, presentations, pitch decks, event materials, sales collateral, branded documents, and AI-assisted design assets.
• Coordinate newsletters, nurture campaigns, conferences, webinars, registrations, vendors, travel logistics, and basic technical operations involving GitHub, Supabase, and Cloudflare.

Requirements

• Daily hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, OpenClaw, or similar platforms.
• Experience building AI workflows, prompt systems, automations, and repeatable operational processes.
• Excellent written English and strong copywriting ability.
• Experience in marketing, content, outreach, communications, or growth operations, including social media content, newsletters, campaigns, or marketing assets.
• Strong proficiency with Canva, Google Workspace, and presentation tools, plus the ability to learn technical platforms independently.
• Strong organization, project-management skills, ownership, independent execution, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines with a reliable remote setup and stable internet.

Nice to have

• Podcast production, audio/video editing, webinar or event coordination, and email marketing platform experience.
• Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, LinkedIn automation, GitHub, Supabase, or Cloudflare experience.
• Amazon KDP, AI-assisted design, social media growth, AI agents, or workflow automation experience.
• Startup or high-growth company experience.
• Experience in elective healthcare, aesthetics, ophthalmology, medspa, or plastic surgery.
