Animator / Motion Graphics Designer (2D/3D Animation, After Effects & Social Media Content)

hirify.global is hiring for a client seeking an animator and motion graphics designer for digital campaigns, paid advertising, social media, training content, and branded experiences.

What you will do

• Create 2D animations, kinetic typography, explainer videos, animated presentations, social media graphics, and paid ad creatives.
• Transform scripts, creative briefs, storyboards, illustrations, typography, logos, video footage, and brand assets into polished motion content.
• Produce and adapt content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, websites, landing pages, and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, content teams, marketing teams, and creative leadership.
• Export and optimize platform-specific deliverables in MP4, MOV, GIF, and WebM, including 9:16, 1:1, and 16:9 formats.
• Maintain organized project files, templates, source assets, and reusable animation libraries.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional animation or motion graphics experience.
• Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating professional motion design work.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Understanding of motion design principles, typography animation, timing, pacing, transitions, composition, visual hierarchy, and storytelling.
• Experience creating digital and social media content, including knowledge of short-form video trends and platform specifications.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment during U.S. client business hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya and 3D animation.
• Sound design, visual effects, professional video editing, and product or logo animation.
• Paid advertising creatives, SaaS or B2B marketing content, e-learning animations, or performance marketing content.
• Experience supporting multiple brands or client accounts and understanding content performance metrics.
