Freelance Fashion Retoucher

INDG and its Grip platform build visual production systems combining CGI, 3D, photography, AI-assisted workflows, and content orchestration for large-scale brand content.

What you will do

• Retouch on-model fashion and sportswear imagery, including skin, hair, garments, wrinkles, folds, and body refinement.
• Finish apparel, footwear, accessory, textile, still-life, and packshot assets while preserving material character.
• Process high-volume image batches with consistent color, contrast, crops, masks, backgrounds, skin tones, and product representation.
• Correct color casts, lighting issues, masking artifacts, texture loss, compression, moiré, clipping paths, edge contamination, and product-color mismatches.
• Prepare layered, structured, handoff-ready files for production workflows.

Requirements

• Professional retouching experience in fashion, sportswear, e-commerce, studio production, or visual content delivery.
• Expert Adobe Photoshop skills, including masking, clipping paths, compositing, dodge and burn, frequency separation, color correction, cleanup, and non-destructive file setup.
• Experience with both talent and product retouching, supported by a portfolio showing skin, garments, textiles, footwear, packshots, and still life.
• Comfort working with deadlines, naming conventions, feedback rounds, brand standards, and large image counts.
• Strong visual judgment and disciplined layered PSD, version-control, and handoff practices.
