Location: San Diego, California; Atlanta, Georgia; or Mountain View, California, United States
Base pay: $113,000–$153,000 in San Diego; $135,500–$183,000 in Mountain View, California. The position may also include a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do
- Translate business priorities and capability gaps into prioritized learning and performance investments.
- Define success metrics, track learning effectiveness, and report ROI in business-relevant terms.
- Manage the learning portfolio roadmap from intake through delivery, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and capacity.
- Advise senior business stakeholders and advocate for their priorities during planning and resource allocation.
- Prepare executive briefs and Monthly Business Review content that support investment and delivery decisions.
- Oversee learning supply-chain delivery quality and route stakeholder feedback into continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in learning and development, talent, organizational effectiveness, or strategic HR business partnering.
- Experience working directly with senior business leaders and managing relationships at Director level or above.
- Ability to translate business needs into learning or performance solutions and measure their impact.
- Strong written communication skills for executive briefs, stakeholder updates, and business cases.
- Ability to interpret and synthesize metrics into clear business narratives.
- Experience managing a portfolio or roadmap of parallel workstreams in a complex organization.
Nice to have
- Performance consulting or internal consulting experience.
- Familiarity with adult learning frameworks such as 70-20-10, Kirkpatrick, and Scrum or Agile for learning.
- Experience presenting to or writing for VP or SVP audiences.
- Experience in a regulated, high-growth, or customer-success-intensive industry.
- Exposure to credentialing, certification, or workforce development programs.
