Senior Producer (Game Development)

Location: Dublin, Ireland; hybrid

What you will do

• Lead, inform, motivate, and align project teams around individual and shared goals.
• Coordinate production, triage, release planning, and delivery of updates and capabilities for Star Trek Fleet Command.
• Work with multidisciplinary feature and content teams to improve output and maintain healthy team cultures.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, dependency identification, and capacity planning with product, art, and senior game leadership.
• Track project status and delivery progress to ensure work reaches players on time.
• Iterate on team processes, including retrospectives and sprint planning, and support other producers.

Requirements

• Significant experience working in game development teams.
• Experience with a live game title involving detailed dependencies between projects and updates.
• Experience working with game content.
• Strong communication, people interaction, facilitation, prioritization, and organizational skills.
• Solid understanding of Agile practices and experience with JIRA.
• Ability to work closely with delivery details and rapidly assess the priority of multiple issues.
