Radiology Specialist (Contract)

What you will do

• Design clinically realistic evaluation tasks using radiology images, reports, and supporting clinical documentation.
• Create expert-level prompts assessing visual document understanding, diagnostic reasoning, and instruction-following across radiology workflows.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses using structured rubrics for diagnostic accuracy, completeness, safety, and adherence to instructions.
• Identify edge cases, subtle imaging findings, and model failure modes across multiple imaging modalities.
• Provide detailed written feedback to improve model performance and benchmark quality.
• Collaborate with research teams at a leading AI lab and participate in onboarding, calibration sessions, and quality reviews.

Requirements

• MD, DO, or an internationally equivalent medical degree.
• Completion of an accredited Diagnostic Radiology residency or recognized international equivalent.
• Current board certification in Diagnostic Radiology and an active, unrestricted medical license.
• At least 3 years of independent clinical practice after residency, with current practice or practice within the past two years.
• Experience in an accredited or government-licensed healthcare setting, such as a hospital, academic medical center, outpatient imaging center, or private practice.

Nice to have

• At least 10 hours of direct clinical interpretation per week.
• Fellowship training or significant expertise in a radiology subspecialty.
• Experience interpreting CT, MRI, ultrasound, mammography, nuclear medicine, and plain radiography.
• Experience with AI-assisted imaging tools or imaging AI research.
• Interest in advancing trustworthy AI in healthcare.
