TL;DR
Specialist, Cybersecurity (Agentic Solutions Engineer) (Agentic AI and Cloud Security): Building and operating secure production platforms for agentic solutions in Cyber Security Operations with an accent on cloud environments, deployment automation, identity controls, observability, and runtime security. Focus on designing reusable platform capabilities, implementing rollback and recovery mechanisms, and solving reliability, cost, monitoring, and incident-response challenges at enterprise scale.
Location: Hybrid in Columbus, Ohio; Des Moines, Iowa; or Scottsdale, Arizona, with office attendance two days per week. Remote internal associates may also be considered. The position may be filled within the lower 48 U.S. states.
Salary: $95,500–$143,500 expected starting annual salary range; national range $95,500–$177,500.

What you will do
- Build and operate secure, repeatable runtime environments for agentic solutions in the Cyber Security Operations Center.
- Own deployment pipelines, release guardrails, artifact promotion, feature flags, rollback, and kill-switch mechanisms.
- Implement observability, alerting, health checks, dashboards, and operational readiness controls.
- Enforce identity, access, policy, secrets, runtime, container, and software supply chain security.
- Monitor production cost, performance, reliability, and capacity, and lead incident response for platform and runtime issues.
- Partner with agentic solution engineers and cyber security leaders to standardize reusable platform capabilities.
Requirements
- Strong cloud and platform engineering skills.
- Experience with infrastructure as code, especially AWS CDK; CI/CD using GitHub Actions or Harness NextGen; artifact management; and runtime hosting.
- Strong knowledge of identity and access control, secrets handling, and service-to-service security.
- Experience with logs, metrics, traces, alerting, release controls, rollback patterns, and incident response.
- Knowledge of container and image lifecycles, policy enforcement, and software supply chain security.
- At least three years of technology experience, including work with Windows and Linux/Unix operating systems. Undergraduate study in cybersecurity, computer science, engineering, mathematics, data analytics, or a comparable background is preferred.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI and agent workloads, including runtime, cost, and monitoring concerns.
- Cyber Security Operations experience.
- Security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, CEH, GCIH, GSE, or AZ-500.
- Insurance or financial services industry knowledge.
