Senior Optimization Programmer

What you will do

• Own CPU and GPU optimization challenges for upcoming AAA titles.
• Prioritize optimization challenges in collaboration with project leadership.
• Support developers with performance and optimization issues.
• Work across a large code base while delivering against deadlines and milestones.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of programming experience in the game industry or a related industry.
• Excellent understanding of CPU and GPU optimization techniques.
• Strong debugging, profiling, code performance, and complexity analysis skills.
• Fluency in C/C++ and other applicable programming languages.
• Ability to write structured, readable, and maintainable code and collaborate effectively.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.

Nice to have

• Native Dutch language skills.
• Current knowledge of graphics APIs such as DirectX 12.
• Console programming experience.
