IS / Application Support (SAP)

What you will do

• Provide initial response and troubleshooting for business application systems.
• Handle incidents and service requests and support daily application operations.
• Diagnose basic user issues, resolve them where possible, and escalate more complex cases.
• Communicate clearly with global users and collaborate with the Business Applications team.
• Help maintain stable and continuous application availability.

Requirements

• Entry-level profile with experience in IS, application support, or help desk considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of SAP is required.
• Experience supporting application systems in a corporate or global environment.
• Strong technical orientation and ability to learn enterprise systems quickly.
• Good written and spoken English for working with global users.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Salesforce.
• Familiarity with service management tools such as SysAid.
