Location: Hybrid, Toronto, Canada

Salary: CAD 85,000–135,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Bring 3D characters and objects to life across high-end VFX and CG projects.
• Produce animation that matches the style and pacing of each project.
• Apply animation fundamentals, including weight and movement, across a variety of shots.
• Deliver previs and present animation during dailies while incorporating constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with rigging, pipeline, production, and lead teams on tools, rigs, schedules, and deadlines.
• Own animation work from the beginning of a project through final delivery and continue developing technical and animation skills.

Requirements

• Understanding of animation fundamentals, weight, and movement.
• Ability to create animation for 3D characters and objects in VFX and CG projects.
• Ability to deliver previs and present animation clearly.
• Ability to manage workload, schedules, and deadlines through project completion.
• Clear, professional, and positive communication with creative and technical teams.
