DevOps Team Lead

Location: Cyprus, with relocation to Limassol

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate DevOps engineers across teams and projects.
• Manage team priorities, workloads, planning sessions, retrospectives, technical discussions, and one-on-one meetings.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, deployments, development environments, and operational tooling.
• Drive infrastructure automation, standardization, and DevOps best practices.
• Support monitoring, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and infrastructure reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with software developers and infrastructure engineers while supporting hiring, mentoring, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, platform engineering, or cloud infrastructure.
• 3+ years of experience leading or managing an engineering team.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and release automation.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, and automation tools.
• Experience with monitoring, troubleshooting, incident response, system reliability, infrastructure security, networking, and scalability.
• Strong leadership, communication, mentoring, decision-making, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.

• Technical interview lasting 1.5 hours, followed by a one-hour final interview.
