Product Manager (Identity & Access Management)

What you will do

• Represent user identity needs across existing Lovable-built applications and more than one million new applications created each week.
• Own the product strategy and roadmap for authentication, authorization, and identity.
• Define standards-based primitives for users, organizations, agents, roles, permissions, policies, sessions, and delegated access.
• Shape identity experiences for builders configuring applications and end users interacting with them.
• Define how AI agents and other non-human identities authenticate, receive authority, and act on behalf of users.
• Own identity requirements for Lovable’s API, CLI, SDK, and MCP surfaces, while partnering with engineering on a scalable multi-tenant identity service.

Requirements

• Significant experience owning technically complex products involving identity, authentication, authorization, developer platforms, or infrastructure.
• Experience setting product direction in ambiguous problem spaces and delivering products from strategy to launch.
• Strong knowledge of modern identity systems and open standards, including OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM, passkeys, service accounts, roles, permissions, and policy-based access control.
• Technical fluency in platform architecture, APIs, data models, security boundaries, and identity protocols, including programming experience.
• Strong product sense, systems thinking, communication skills, and judgment across personal and enterprise use cases.
• Professional English is required; applications must be submitted in English.
