Senior 3D Motion Designer (Holographic Technology)

Location: Minsk, Belarus; onsite at the employer's premises

HYPERVSN creates holographic visual technology that makes 3D visuals appear to float in mid-air.

What you will do

• Lead motion design projects from ideation through execution and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
• Create 3D visuals for new HYPERVSN solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Develop mood boards and visual concepts during the pre-sales stage.
• Track motion design trends, technologies, and industry standards to improve visual content.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Cinema 4D, including 3D modeling and animation.
• Solid knowledge of Redshift or Octane rendering, including materials and lighting.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Encoder.
• Experience with compositing and render passes.
• Strong communication, teamwork, creative presentation, attention to detail, and aesthetic judgment.
• Good command of English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Houdini, Unreal Engine, Unity, or MetaHuman Creator.
• Experience communicating with end users.
• Familiarity with sound design and integration.
• Leadership or mentorship experience.
