Senior Flutter Developer (Flutter): Building and maintaining the Woofz mobile app with an accent on Dart, Flutter architecture, asynchronous programming, and local data storage. Location: Ukraine; remote or hybrid work available.

What you will do
- Develop and maintain the core Woofz mobile product using Flutter and Dart.
- Own tasks from clarification and estimation through implementation, testing, and delivery.
- Participate in grooming, planning, estimation, Agile discussions, and code reviews.
- Analyze edge cases, technical risks, backward compatibility, experiment impact, and effects on existing functionality.
- Clarify requirements with team members and proactively communicate delivery risks or blockers.
Requirements
- 4+ years of commercial Flutter development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Dart and Flutter fundamentals, including widgets, lifecycle, state management, navigation, and platform-specific behavior.
- Experience with asynchronous Dart programming, including Futures, Streams, isolates, and error handling.
- Understanding of Clean Architecture, BLoC, separation of concerns, object-oriented programming, and design patterns.
- Experience with SQLite and other local storage solutions, plus a strong focus on readable, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools and product experimentation, including A/B testing, feature flags, or remote configuration.
Nice to have
- Swift or Kotlin and native iOS or Android development experience.
- Flutter Web development experience.
- Experience building and maintaining a custom Flutter plugin.
