TL;DR
Senior HR Business Partner (iGaming): Supporting employee relations, people management, and the People and Organisation strategy across Services and Digital units with an accent on stakeholder partnership, leadership coaching, and HR analytics. Focus on managing complex employee relations cases, advising leaders on talent and rewards, and driving HR projects in a dynamic multinational environment.
Location: On-site in Malta; relocation support is provided for the move to Malta.

What you will do
- Collaborate with the Lead HR Business Partner, HR team, and leadership to deliver the People and Organisation strategy.
- Partner with people managers to implement HR strategies, policies, leadership standards, and core values.
- Manage employee relations cases, support managers and employees, and mitigate business risk.
- Coach leaders on talent management, learning and development, rewards, engagement, and retention.
- Support employee data quality and analytics for business decision-making.
- Contribute to recruitment initiatives, HR roadmap projects, and administrative HR activities.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including 3 years in an HR Business Partner or similar role.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience advising senior leaders, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and influencing people decisions across multiple HR topics.
- Confidence working with HR systems, employee data, and analytics.
- Advanced analytical, problem-solving, communication, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- English is essential as the company language. German is a plus.

- Experience in the tech, online, or iGaming industry.
- Experience contributing to HR projects or initiatives.
- German language skills.
