Safety Operator, Autonomous Driving

What you will do

• Operate autonomous test vehicles safely on approved public roads in Luxembourg.
• Continuously monitor autonomous systems and assume manual control when required.
• Follow test protocols, government testing authorisation conditions, and Luxembourg road traffic law.
• Log events, disengagements, observations, and vehicle or sensor defects using on-board tools.
• Provide structured written and verbal feedback to safety, engineering, and operations teams.
• Work rostered early morning, evening, night, and weekend shifts as testing requires.

Requirements

• Valid EU/EEA Category B driving licence valid in Luxembourg, held for at least three years.
• Right to work in Luxembourg and ability to pass background, medical, and driving-history checks.
• Clean driving record with no at-fault insurance claims or serious endorsements in the last three years.
• Excellent hazard perception, attention to detail, and sustained focus during long, low-stimulation shifts.
• Strong communication skills in English and at least one of French, German, or Luxembourgish.
• Availability for variable shifts, including weekends, within the approved testing zone.

Nice to have

• Advanced or defensive-driving qualification.
• Professional driving experience, such as taxi, VTC, driving instruction, or emergency response.
• Knowledge of two or more local languages.
