Senior QA Engineer / Test Automation Engineer

What you will do

• Plan and execute comprehensive manual tests for new and existing functionality.
• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based test automation frameworks using Selenium and Selenide.
• Manage the full QA lifecycle, including test planning, execution, reporting, and defect tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and product stakeholders on quality goals and release timelines.
• Establish QA best practices and promote continuous quality improvement for a core banking platform delinquency team.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience testing complex systems in demanding business environments.
• Proficiency in Java for developing test automation solutions.
• Deep knowledge of Selenium and Selenide.
• Strong experience in manual testing and analytical problem-solving.
• Ability to manage QA activities independently and proactively.
