Customer Service Representative (Sustainable Construction)

Location: Athy, Ireland; full-time, on-site position. Working hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:30am–5:00pm, and Friday, 8:30am–4:45pm.

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of customers and handle enquiries about orders, pricing, deliveries, and stock availability.
• Process customer orders accurately and update the SAP system.
• Communicate order and delivery changes and manage credits, debits, and returns according to company policy.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and purchasing teams to resolve product availability and transport queries.
• Provide pricing information and identify opportunities to upsell relevant products.
• Handle general office administration and follow health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organisation, planning, and prioritisation skills.
• Friendly, resourceful approach and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Confidence working independently and using initiative.
• Good IT skills and a strong telephone manner.
• Availability to work on-site in Athy, Ireland.
