What you will do
- Set the technical direction for cloud, identity, and build/runtime security.
- Design and implement guardrails for workload identity, IAM, network segmentation, secrets management, and production access.
- Harden the supply chain end-to-end from developer laptops to production deployment.
- Collaborate with Platform, SRE, and Apps Platform teams to simplify secure workflows.
- Mentor engineers company-wide to elevate security standards.
Requirements
- 8+ years experience in infrastructure or cloud security, including 3+ years at staff/principal level.
- Deep expertise in GCP, AWS, Cloudflare security primitives (IAM, network, KMS, workload identity, edge security).
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, Wiz, GitHub Actions, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or Rust for coding security guardrails.
- Proven track record of reducing security risks in high-growth environments.
- Bonus: experience securing multi-tenant platforms or LLM/agent-driven infrastructure.
- English language proficiency required (company language).
