Quality Assurance Trainee (QA)

Location: Almaty, Kazakhstan — mandatory office attendance during the Laboratory; Astana participants may join online

Andersen is an international IT outsourcing company delivering software projects for clients in banking, fintech, healthcare, e-commerce, logistics, and telecommunications.

What you will do

• Complete a two-month online Quality Assurance course with practical and home assignments.
• Present a project at the end of the online course.
• Participate in a three-month Laboratory with theoretical and practical training for commercial projects.
• Work in a Scrum team under the guidance of an experienced Tech Lead.
• Practice key testing tools and development processes through internal and training projects.
• Develop soft skills, presentation skills, and English communication through regular feedback and mentorship.

Requirements

• Intermediate English or higher with verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of software testing.
• Readiness to complete a traineeship at Andersen.
• Full-time Laboratory participation: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day
