Head of Workplace Operations & Experience (Workplace Operations): Leading operational performance and strategic development of headquarters workplaces supporting more than 6,000 colleagues in Billund with an accent on facilities services, people leadership, governance, and stakeholder engagement. Focus on building measurable service outcomes, managing complex supplier partnerships, and balancing local workplace needs with global standards.
Location: Billund, Denmark; hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office. No relocation budget is offered.

What you will do
- Lead the operational performance and strategic development of headquarters workplaces supporting more than 6,000 colleagues.
- Lead a local team of eight people and oversee workplace projects in Billund.
- Manage facility management partners and service providers to deliver measurable operational improvements.
- Establish governance, budget management, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement processes.
- Build trusted relationships with senior business leaders, support functions, location management, and external partners.
- Contribute to global workplace priorities, standards, strategy, and strategic programs.
Requirements
- Proven success leading workplace operations and facilities services in complex organizations.
- Strong experience managing strategic facility management and service provider partnerships.
- Ability to improve operational performance through governance, budget management, and measurable service outcomes.
- Experience in people leadership and team development.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, strategic thinking, continuous improvement, and communication skills.
- Must work from the Billund workplace under the hybrid policy; no relocation budget is available.
