Senior Manager, Quality, Training, and Enablement Operations (Healthtech)

Location: Remote

Base salary: $140,000–$165,000 annually, plus equity, benefits, and other compensation opportunities.

What you will do

• Own the operating cadence for the Care Delivery Quality, Training, and Enablement organization, aligning priorities and tracking cross-functional commitments.
• Lead organization-level OKR planning, metrics reporting, and decision-support processes for senior leaders.
• Design and govern a closed-loop process that converts quality review findings into training development priorities.
• Manage a portfolio of cross-functional operations initiatives, including scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics.
• Build dashboards and leading indicators for adoption, program completion, quality, and enablement impact.
• Improve workflows, tooling, stakeholder alignment, and adoption across quality, training, and enablement functions.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in operations or program management within a high-growth healthtech or complex service environment.
• Experience owning or co-leading organization-level OKR and metrics cycles, including goal setting and reporting infrastructure.
• Strong program management, process design, governance, prioritization, dependency tracking, and execution skills.
• Experience auditing programs, identifying systemic gaps, and presenting evidence-based recommendations to senior stakeholders.
• Experience working across training, quality, and enablement functions, with an understanding of their operational dependencies.
• Ability to lead change management and rollout activities while working independently and without direct authority over all participants.

Nice to have

• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent experience.
