Focus on validating development outcomes through functional and integration testing, coordinating UAT, resolving system bugs, and maintaining legal and regulatory compliance.

What you will do
- Analyse user problems, business needs, and solution feasibility.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead stakeholder discussions on system configuration and provide input for technical analysis and development.
- Validate development outcomes through functional testing and coordinate end-to-end integration testing.
- Improve software quality, processes, and functionality while resolving unexpected issues and system bugs.
- Research legal and regulatory requirements to maintain compliance.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, IT, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Knowledge of the Salesforce platform and Kantata/Kimble PSA.
- Experience with Agile delivery, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
- Experience with functional testing and UAT management.
- Experience in process mapping and documentation, with strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to share knowledge and support colleagues.
