Enterprise Architect (Gaming)

Location: Ha Noi, Vietnam; hybrid schedule with two remote days on Tuesdays and Wednesdays

What you will do

• Define and execute company-wide architecture strategy with the Enterprise Architecture team and CTO.
• Design cross-team and cross-project solutions and resolve architectural issues across organizational boundaries.
• Align game products, shared services, engineering teams, and business stakeholders around a shared technical vision.
• Establish architectural standards, policies, patterns, runways, decision records, and solution intents.
• Rationalize technical systems, reduce duplication and technical debt, and lead build-versus-buy evaluations.
• Improve scalability, resilience, observability, security, infrastructure costs, and architectural capability through guidance and mentorship.

Requirements

• 10+ years of engineering experience, including leadership and architecture roles.
• 4+ years of experience as a System Architect; Enterprise Architecture experience is advantageous.
• High proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Strong system architecture and end-to-end design experience with hands-on development of large-scale production systems.
• High proficiency with AI tools in day-to-day work.
• Strong decision-making, prioritization, communication, business alignment, research, and mentorship skills.

Nice to have

• Enterprise Architecture experience.
• Mobile gaming experience or familiarity.
• Security Architecture, DevOps, AWS, Azure, or Data Engineering expertise.
