Location: Onsite in Lone Tree, Colorado, United States
Salary: USD 74,000–105,000 per year, plus bonus or incentive opportunities

What you will do
- Build trusted, long-term relationships with mass affluent clients holding approximately $500K–$1M in assets.
- Conduct client outreach, financial planning discussions, virtual presentations, and market-trend conversations.
- Provide wealth-management recommendations, advisory guidance, and personalized investment solutions.
- Support client retention, asset consolidation, satisfaction, and growth of the assigned practice.
- Collaborate with internal specialists, local and national branches, and business partners to address client needs.
- Use Schwab’s technology and digital enhancements to deliver a consistent, needs-based advice process.
Requirements
- Active FINRA Series 7 license.
- Series 66 license, or Series 63 and 65 licenses.
- Life and Health Insurance license; this license may be obtained within 120 days of employment.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn new technology, manage competing priorities, and maintain strong productivity.
- Ability to work onsite in Lone Tree, Colorado.
