Project Manager (Food Packaging)

Location: Office-based in Algiers, Algeria, with travel to customer sites for kit installation and support work for a maximum of 20–30% of the year.

What you will do

• Manage multidisciplinary processing and packaging projects across scope, time, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Integrate related activities and subprojects, define deliverables, and execute project plans and milestones.
• Lead project organizations, coordinate responsibilities, and manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Control project budgets, risks, quality activities, procurement plans, contracts, scope changes, and variation orders.
• Drive project execution using reusable solutions, governance processes, risk management tools, and lessons learned.
• Support customer-site kit installation and project-related support activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably mechanical, industrial, chemical, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience managing projects or handling complex multidisciplinary projects and technical teams.
• Fluent French and proficiency in English, written and spoken, are required.
• Professional project management competence aligned with PMI standards; PMP certification is preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel and spreadsheets.
• Stakeholder management, negotiation, analytical skills, discipline, adaptability, and the ability to lead without formal authority.
