Location: Remote within Mexico, Chile, Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, or Peru; EST or CST-friendly hours required.

What you will do
- Build and manage API integrations across marketing, content, and industry platforms.
- Design and maintain automated workflows using Zapier, Notion, and similar no-code or low-code tools.
- Consolidate and structure data for reporting, analysis, and operational use.
- Create and improve Looker Studio or similar BI dashboards for internal teams and clients.
- Develop scoring, insight, recommendation, influencer-sourcing, briefing, content-organization, and distribution tools.
- Partner with Growth Marketing and Client Services to support campaign execution and client delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience with APIs, system integrations, and workflow automation.
- Hands-on experience with Zapier, Notion, or comparable automation platforms.
- Experience building dashboards and reporting workflows with Looker Studio or other BI and data-visualization tools.
- Strong understanding of data flows, data organization, and marketing or operational reporting.
- Ability to translate business needs into practical systems and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Good English communication skills and availability during EST or CST-friendly hours are required.

- Experience in marketing operations, martech, agency environments, or growth systems.
- Based in Mexico City.
