AI-Native Marketing Coordinator (AI)

Location: Remote — LATAM preferred; availability required from 9:00 AM–5:00 PM U.S. Central Time

hirify.global is hiring for a client seeking an AI-focused marketing coordinator for a fast-growing startup environment.

What you will do

• Build, improve, and maintain AI-powered workflows, reusable prompt systems, agentic workflows, and marketing automations using tools such as Claude, Codex, OpenClaw, AI copilots, and automation platforms.
• Manage social media channels, create leadership content, maintain content calendars, and repurpose long-form material into posts, hooks, clips, and promotional assets.
• Coordinate podcast recordings, edit audio and video, publish episodes, create show notes and social clips, and develop promotional content.
• Build and optimize cold email and LinkedIn outreach, including lead sourcing, domain setup, inbox warm-up, sequences, and campaign tracking using tools such as Clay, Instantly, and Smartlead.
• Create and update landing pages, pitch decks, sales collateral, event materials, newsletters, nurture sequences, and other creative assets.
• Coordinate conferences, webinars, travel, sponsorships, vendors, registrations, presentation materials, and follow-ups while handling basic technical operations in GitHub, Supabase, and Cloudflare.

Requirements

• Daily, hands-on use of AI tools and experience creating effective prompts, repeatable workflows, and automations.
• Experience with social media management, content creation, marketing workflows, campaign execution, and content repurposing.
• Strong written English and copywriting ability.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, resourcefulness, independence, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Availability during 9:00 AM–5:00 PM U.S. Central Time.
• Reliable remote-work setup and internet connection, with willingness to learn unfamiliar systems and troubleshoot independently.

Nice to have

• Podcast production or editing experience.
• Experience with Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, LinkedIn outreach, email marketing platforms, or cold email infrastructure.
• Canva or AI-assisted design experience.
• Amazon KDP, self-publishing, GitHub, Supabase, or Cloudflare experience.
• Startup experience or knowledge of healthcare, aesthetics, or elective medical industries.
