AI Engineer (Multimodal AI): Building an AI agent platform that processes unstructured data, reasons through complex customer problems, and automates business processes end-to-end with an accent on multimodal model operations, scalable systems, and workflow integration. Focus on training, testing, deploying, and operating proprietary and public models, designing AI UX patterns, and delivering solutions directly with enterprise customers.
Location: Remote in the United States, Australia, Canada, or New Zealand

What you will do
- Work directly with customers, from executives to end users, to understand business problems and operational needs.
- Train, test, deploy, and operate proprietary and public multimodal models.
- Build and deploy efficient, scalable systems for the AI platform.
- Design AI user experience patterns that integrate into customer workflows.
- Own customer relationships end-to-end, from understanding requirements through solution design and delivery of outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience working across the AI stack, including model training, testing, deployment, and operations.
- Ability to build efficient and scalable AI systems.
- Ability to work closely with enterprise customers and understand complex business workflows.
- Ability to design AI experiences that improve customer productivity and scalability.
- Must be located in the United States, Australia, Canada, or New Zealand.
