Manager, Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA), Business Development, Core Consulting Practice (Payments)

Location: Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic; hybrid work with office attendance determined by the Hiring Manager

What you will do

• Drive and execute the hirify.global Consulting and Analytics strategy across Caribbean countries.
• Create and develop a business pipeline for hirify.global Consulting services among key regional clients.
• Develop consulting frameworks, approaches, solutions, and recommendations addressing strategic client opportunities.
• Produce payment P&L insights and analyses to improve client performance and guide strategic priorities.
• Manage complex consulting projects, coordinating client-facing, analytics, implementation, marketing, sales, risk, innovation, and regional teams.
• Prepare project presentations, including storytelling, data analysis, insights, and recommendations, while supporting thought leadership through papers, conferences, and seminars.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or the equivalent experience with an advanced degree or PhD.
• Experience in the payments industry or consulting services, including knowledge of banking operations, products, business systems, and processes.
• Experience managing and executing complex projects that require coordination across functional teams.
• Strategic problem-solving skills and an understanding of card and payment P&L drivers and profitability.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels and work independently.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.

• Background in a quantitative field such as engineering, economics, computer science, business administration, or finance.
• Ability to leverage GenAI tools to enhance productivity.
• Strategic thought leadership, problem diagnostics, and experience developing enduring client relationships.
