Offensive Cyber Ops SME (Cybersecurity)

Location: Ft George G Meade, MD; National Capital Region (NCR) or San Antonio, TX

Salary: $64,000–$128,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide operational context for offensive cyber feature development.
• Translate operational needs into technical requirements and support workflow design and validation.
• Participate in user acceptance testing, demonstrations, and other testing activities.
• Provide operational feedback on UI/UX designs and contribute to backlog refinement.
• Develop training materials, user documentation, and operational guides.
• Support solution transition and deployment activities.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in offensive cyber operations or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience substitution.
• Strong understanding of offensive cyber operations workflows and mission requirements.
• Experience with cyber tools, platforms, infrastructure, and software development efforts.
• Knowledge of automation principles and workflow orchestration, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph and U.S. citizenship required.
