Program Security Representative (PSR) I (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day, multi-discipline security support for Special Access Programs, SCI, and collateral activities.
• Develop, implement, and improve policies and procedures for safeguarding classified and sensitive information in accordance with NISPOM, DoD, DCID, ICD, and SAP requirements.
• Identify vulnerabilities, threats, risks, and procedural shortfalls across testing, training, and operational activities.
• Conduct and document SAP facility compliance reviews, follow-up reviews, and facility close-outs while tracking corrective actions.
• Support Operations Security training, brief government and senior civilian personnel, and oversee contractor and subordinate facility security activities.
• Investigate losses, compromises, or suspected compromises of classified information and prepare preliminary inquiries and damage assessments.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related experience, with Special Access Program experience desired.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related area, or an associate degree plus 2 years of experience, or equivalent experience.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• TS/SCI clearance required to start; must be able to attain TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
• Facility security, physical security, and system security experience.
• Ability to travel 10–25%.

• Special Access Program experience.
• Security Fundamentals Professional Certification or Special Program Security Certification.
