Senior Account Manager (Marketing)

Location: Bemidji, Minnesota, USA; flexible work schedule with work-from-home options

Salary: $55,000–$75,000 per year

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for existing clients.
• Align marketing tactics with client strategies, goals, and KPIs.
• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and optimize ongoing campaigns.
• Coordinate production teams creating branding, multimedia, website, photo, and video assets.
• Plan 30–60 days ahead using client roadmaps, campaign plans, and proactive scheduling.
• Manage workload, budgets, hours, timelines, client communication, and scope concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 4+ years of experience as an account manager, marketing manager, or in a similar role.
• Experience across a variety of marketing channels.
• Ability to work within budgets and deadlines and understand client goals and strategy.
• Effective project management, collaboration, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience with marketing material sourcing, vendors, content production, social media, Google Ads, websites, and technical account setup.
