Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Kubernetes)

What you will do

• Improve platform reliability, performance, and resilience at scale.
• Design and maintain tools that automate operational tasks and incident response.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, tracing, and other observability solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and platform teams on scalable, resilient systems.
• Participate in on-call rotations and lead learning-focused post-incident reviews.
• Define SLOs and SLIs, maintain runbooks, and promote operational excellence.

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Linux/Unix systems in production environments.
• Experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, or similar infrastructure automation tools.
• Experience with observability stacks such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, or ELK.
• Knowledge of Bash, Python, Go, or Ruby, Git, CI/CD pipelines, incident management, root cause analysis, and cloud-native reliability and security practices.
