Product Data Analyst (Growth and Experimentation)

Location

Location: Remote within Brazil with work across multiple cities including São Paulo, Belo Horizonte, Florianópolis, Recife, and Porto Alegre.

Salary

Salary: $62,000–$80,000 USD annually as a Brazil-based independent contractor.

What you will do

• Own the experimentation program: test design, statistical rigor, and readouts across web funnels, SMS/drip, sales, and SEO tests.
• Develop and maintain the acquisition-to-conversion funnel model across paid, organic, and partner channels.
• Extend and automate the self-serve experimentation layer using AI, Python, Lightdash, and statistical tooling.
• Build standards and playbooks to scale the growth analytics function beyond a single person.
• Partner closely with CRO, Growth PMs, and performance marketing to influence data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil and work remotely.
• Strong expertise in SQL, Python, dbt, Lightdash, and AI tools for data analysis and automation.
• Deep understanding of experiment design, statistical power, significance, and funnel economics (CAC, LTV).
• Experience with experiment instrumentation and tracking tools like Segment and Flagsmith.
• Ability to influence without authority and deliver actionable insights to product and marketing teams.
• Fluent English communication skills to collaborate with US-facing partners.
