What you will do

• Own the technical health and escalation outcomes for strategic accounts, serving as primary escalation point and continuity lead.
• Lead incident response for high-severity events, coordinating resolution and customer communication.
• Define escalation criteria, account-health models, and cross-team interfaces to standardize processes.
• Maintain technical blueprints for accounts including data setup, integrations, security, and workflow context.
• Run technical reviews and enablement sessions to drive product adoption and unlock new value.
• Partner with Engagement Managers on business reviews linking technical health to outcomes.

Requirements

• On-site work at Stockholm HQ.
• Experience owning strategic, high-value B2B accounts with client trust during escalations.
• Proven leadership in incident response and major escalation management under pressure.
• Strong communication skills with both executives and engineers, delivering clear facts and trade-offs.
• Ability to build scalable frameworks and raise team standards.
• Background in legal AI, legal tech, or regulated professional services is a strong plus.
