Head of Public Policy (Gaming)

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Office-based roles require onsite presence on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday.

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with policymakers, political figures, stakeholders, and opinion leaders across MENA.
• Monitor, identify, and analyze policy issues affecting the business in the region.
• Develop and execute public policy strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Advise internal stakeholders on policy matters affecting products and operations.
• Represent policy positions through briefing papers, consultation responses, and presentations.
• Support wider public policy projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Political Science, Public Policy, Law, International Relations, Media, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience working with policymakers and stakeholders in MENA.
• Deep knowledge of MENA policymaking and public opinion processes.
• Experience in intelligence collection and analysis, strategy development, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, define processes, and deliver results.
