HubSpot Implementation Specialist (HubSpot)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $80,000–$95,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and location

What you will do

• Execute standard HubSpot CRM implementations across multiple hubs and client portals.
• Configure workflows, automation, lists, reporting, and data management processes.
• Manage implementation projects and ongoing retainer or managed services accounts.
• Troubleshoot HubSpot technical issues and monitor client account performance.
• Work with the Client Success team to align HubSpot solutions with client goals.
• Train clients, respond to inquiries, and identify opportunities to implement additional HubSpot features and services.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role at an agency or HubSpot Partner.
• Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM, including workflows, automation, lists, reporting, and data management.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, organize workloads, meet deadlines, and document processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for a client-facing role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer success and satisfaction.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.

Nice to have

• HubSpot certifications, such as HubSpot Certified or Inbound Certified.
