NOC Engineer (iGaming)

Location: Birkirkara, Malta; hybrid work model with in-office collaboration

What you will do

• Provide 24/7 operational coverage through rotating 12-hour day and night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Monitor production environments, gaming systems, and services to identify and respond to operational issues.
• Manage events and incidents, troubleshoot issues within the NOC scope, and maximise first-resolution rates.
• Act as the shift-based Single Point of Contact for operational issues and provide B2B technical support within agreed SLAs.
• Follow escalation procedures and collaborate with DevOps, Infrastructure, Engineering, and other technical teams to maintain service continuity.
• Create technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, procedures, and daily shift reports.

Requirements

• Very good written and spoken English; B2-level communication is required.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office.
• Understanding of networking concepts, including switches, routers, firewalls, and IPS.
• Willingness to work rotating day and night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, resilience, and attention-to-detail skills.
