Engagement Manager (Provider Network Management) (Healthcare/Utilization Management): Building provider engagement programs for utilization management networks with an accent on prior authorization, care coordination, provider education, and compliance. Location: Remote - Nevada; applicants for U.S.-based positions must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Travel up to 30% may be required.

What you will do
- Build consultative relationships with assigned healthcare provider networks and drive engagement against client needs.
- Educate providers on utilization management processes, prior authorizations, medical necessity reviews, and evidence-based care guidelines.
- Coordinate communication between providers and the utilization management team, resolving issues and providing ongoing support.
- Manage implementation, education, and continuous engagement for referral benefits and workflows.
- Analyze utilization management and provider engagement data to identify interventions, optimize workflows, and improve patient outcomes.
- Report engagement performance, program feedback, and market insights to internal teams and clients while partnering with marketing and operations.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience engaging, educating, and influencing healthcare providers, preferably in utilization management or care management.
- Understanding of utilization management principles, payer-provider dynamics, and prior authorization workflows.
- Ability to analyze data and articulate scorecards, performance metrics, and provider outreach strategies.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; employment eligibility will be verified at hire.
Nice to have
- Experience in provider education, network engagement, or compliance monitoring.
- Experience coaching and developing clinical programs to improve provider quality metrics.
