Head of IT - English & German Speaker

What you will do

• Define and execute the global IT roadmap for stable, secure, and scalable operations across international locations.
• Own enterprise applications and business systems, including ERP, collaboration platforms, identity management, endpoint management, and future MES integrations.
• Establish cloud infrastructure and workplace technology supporting global collaboration and operational continuity.
• Lead cybersecurity, information security, risk management, business continuity, disaster recovery, and compliance initiatives.
• Manage external IT service providers, vendors, MSPs, and cybersecurity partners.
• Build the internal IT organization and establish governance, service management, SLAs, asset management, and operational KPIs.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in English and German.
• Several years of IT leadership experience in infrastructure, enterprise applications, or technology operations, ideally in manufacturing or an industrial environment.
• Strong experience with enterprise applications, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, networks, and global technology operations.
• Experience implementing and supporting ERP environments and business-critical systems.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, IT governance, risk management, and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing external service providers, vendors, outsourcing partners, and technologies such as Microsoft Dynamics, MES, or industrial IoT.
