What you will do
- Lead technical execution for an embedded Innovation Squad from discovery through production.
- Build, assess, and harden AI prototypes and proofs of concept, then deliver validated solutions.
- Design reusable agentic AI patterns covering orchestration, tool use, memory, retrieval, and production guardrails.
- Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise systems through APIs, data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and managed AI/ML services.
- Codify solutions into reusable patterns, reference implementations, and starter kits for adoption across functions.
- Set technical direction, manage scope and dependencies, advise on infrastructure and budgets, and mentor engineers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including hands-on AI system design, development, or integration and taking enterprise AI prototypes to production.
- Experience with LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, context-window management, MCP, tool-augmented agents, and enterprise-scale RAG.
- Strong enterprise integration, security, data governance, data residency, and architectural design experience.
- Proficiency with AWS, Azure, or GCP and managed AI/ML services.
- Experience with Python, Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL, AI SDKs, Agile, CI/CD, modern SDLC, and TDD.
- BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent discipline; advanced degree preferred.
