Engagement Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Own onboarding, adoption, and long-term value realization for a portfolio of enterprise law firms and corporations.
• Design tailored client adoption playbooks, stakeholder maps, transformation roadmaps, and measurable target outcomes.
• Deliver change-management programs from initial rollout through firm-wide scaled adoption.
• Act as a strategic advisor on client goals, legal workflows, high-impact use cases, and AI adoption.
• Drive success plans, enablement, training, stakeholder check-ins, and value reviews.
• Coordinate GTM, Product, Legal Engineering, Engineering, Marketing, and Support teams while translating customer feedback into roadmap and enablement improvements.

Requirements

• Strong management consulting background; experience at a leading global firm is a plus.
• Experience designing and delivering change-management and adoption programs in large, complex organizations.
• Experience building transformation roadmaps and adoption plans with measurable outcomes.
• Track record working with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders.
• Strong program and project management skills across multiple workstreams.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to lead boardroom conversations and collaborate with hands-on teams.
