Location: Berlin, Connecticut, United States; ability to work in the Berlin, CT office two to three days per week is required

Hourly pay ranges from $18.56 to $22.37, depending on graduation year and student level.

What you will do

• Support campus recruitment activities for multiple college-level programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with colleges and universities to strengthen talent pipelines.
• Manage Eversource’s presence on the Handshake platform and support the campus recruiting experience.
• Develop an intern job description bank, templates, careers site updates, social media content, and marketing materials.
• Use ATS, CRM, and other technology tools to manage recruiting activities, documentation, and compliance.
• Work on University Relations projects and report on recruiting metrics.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business, or a closely related discipline.
• Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
• Effective communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, multitasking, and collaboration skills.
• Available to work 15–20 hours per week and in the Berlin, CT office two to three days per week.
• Eversource does not provide immigration-related visa sponsorship for this position.
