Engagement Manager (AI/Legal Tech)

What you will do

• Own onboarding, adoption, and long-term value realization for a portfolio of enterprise law firms and corporate clients.
• Design tailored adoption playbooks, stakeholder maps, transformation roadmaps, and measurable target outcomes.
• Deliver change-management programs from initial rollout through firm-wide scaled adoption, adapting to evolving client needs and AI capabilities.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, identifying high-impact opportunities across legal workflows.
• Drive success plans, enablement, training, stakeholder check-ins, value reviews, and expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate GTM, Product, Legal Engineering, Engineering, Marketing, and Support, while translating customer feedback into roadmap and enablement actions.

Requirements

• Strong experience designing and delivering change-management and adoption programs within large, complex organizations.
• Experience building client transformation roadmaps and adoption plans with measurable outcomes.
• Experience working with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders.
• Strong program and project management skills across multiple workstreams.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to lead boardroom conversations and collaborate with hands-on teams.
• Data-led approach focused on customer health and outcomes, with a genuine interest in AI and complex-industry transformation.
