What you will do
- Deploy, configure, and maintain end-user devices, peripherals, conferencing equipment, and multimedia systems.
- Provide first-line and second-line support for hardware, software, network, telephony, and connectivity issues.
- Administer user accounts, access rights, system configurations, backups, monitoring, and security status.
- Maintain servers and network components, including routine maintenance, updates, and patch management.
- Coordinate with global IT teams on infrastructure tasks, system upgrades, and process improvements.
- Support IT asset lifecycle management, procurement, internal policy compliance, and knowledge-base documentation.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support and service delivery, system administration, or infrastructure management.
- Experience with IT asset lifecycle management, software updates, and patch management.
- Knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting, server administration, and network administration.
- Familiarity with backup, monitoring, and remote support tools.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems, document procedures, and communicate technical information clearly.
