Latvian Speaking Support Associate (Part-time)

Location: Riga, Latvia. Fully on-site Monday to Friday, with an option to work remotely from home on weekends. Evening shifts run from 18:00 to 22:00, five days a week, including weekends.

Salary: €10.14/hour gross during probation and €10.63/hour gross after probation.

What you will do

• Support customers, courier partners, and venues through live chat and phone.
• Help ensure that delivery operations run smoothly.
• Develop the support function with the Support team and other teams.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills with a personal and customer-focused approach.
• Team-oriented mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fast learning ability and confidence with multitasking.
• Fluent Latvian and professional working proficiency in English.
• Availability for evening shifts from 18:00 to 22:00, five days per week, including weekends.
• Ability to work from the Riga office on weekdays.
