Junior Learning Support Specialist (EdTech)

Location: Remote from Astana, Kazakhstan; working hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, five days on and two days off.

Salary: $1,000–$1,300 USD per month net, paid twice monthly. Performance-based bonuses are available.

What you will do

• Provide daily learning and administrative support to students, parents, and teachers.
• Assist with student onboarding, scheduling, attendance tracking, and academic coordination.
• Communicate with families and staff through email, messaging platforms, and calls.
• Support teachers with academic and organizational tasks.
• Help resolve student concerns, collect feedback, and address basic technical or platform-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare routine student reports, and coordinate with internal teams.

Requirements

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort working with students, parents, and teachers in an online setting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
• Availability to work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST on a five-days-on, two-days-off schedule.

Nice to have

• Spanish language skills are encouraged but are not required.
