Schedule Lead

Location: Onsite in Mons, Belgium, in the Wallonia region

What you will do

• Develop and manage detailed schedules covering the construction stage of large-scale projects.
• Develop and manage project controls tools, including critical path analysis and milestone tracking.
• Lead and host interactive planning workshops with project teams.
• Provide schedule performance reports, identify variances, and support corrective actions.
• Establish resource requirements and communicate tools and plans supporting project completion goals.
• Collaborate with clients and project management teams, contribute to constructability reviews, and support quality-managed project execution.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of relevant experience in construction scheduling.
• Expertise in Primavera P6 and experience scheduling the construction phase of projects.
• Strong knowledge of design and construction sequences and logic.
• Required experience in pharmaceutical projects, earned value progress, and all phases of home office engineering.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction, Engineering, or a related discipline.
